How We Work

eLIVEate specialise in designing individually tailored support, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and communities. This may involve setting up an individual pathway for people wishing to live on their own, or with needs that require specific housing and support solutions, or shared housing opportunities for those wishing to live with others.

We support the use of Direct Payments, Personal Health Budgets, and Individual Service Funds (ISF’s) as we believe this provides greater choice and control for the person and creates a more flexible, responsive, and effective means of support.

Working with Families

We greatly value input, feedback and involvement from families and strive to create open, honest, transparent, supportive, and communicative relationships.  We see families as a key resource during the Support Planning process to ensure that we can access information and advice, including the finer details that only families have knowledge of.  We encourage ongoing input to ensure we are all working collectively and effectively and see families as a crucial part of the team.
