Collaborate with us

eLIVEate strongly believe in collaboration and working together as a community to best support vulnerable people. We are keen to build a network with other likeminded organisations and explore more creative ways of supporting people, whilst working together to pool resources and provide mutual benefits among local organisations.

This may involve anything from arranging joint staff training and activities for the people we support, to signposting referrals that can be better met by organisations with specific skills sets and resources.

We will network with local communities to identify under-utilised or untapped resources and would be keen to hear from other organisations or people that would like to get involved in any way. We’re always happy to talk, so please get in touch if you wanted to arrange an initial chat to see how we may be able to link up in the future.

We believe in providing progression pathways and aim to build a loyal, dedicated, and motivated team who all work with an Active Support ethos and a genuine desire to help the people we support to maximise their potential. This will, in turn, create greater levels of job satisfaction and a sense of achievement.

We will tap into the interests and experiences of the staff team to benefit the people we support in the most effective way and provide an opportunity for them to bring their talents and passions into the workplace.
