We are a Small Supports organisation

This means we build teams around the person, working closely with the individual and their circles of support using an intimate, relationship-centred approach.

People are recruited to work with an individual or a small number of individuals who share common needs and preferences, as part of a dedicated team. Our induction, training and on-going support processes reflect the needs and wishes of each person we support. We don’t have “beds” or “vacancies” or a readymade way of doing something.

It also means we are committed to staying purposefully small, enabling us to have a close and responsive relationship with the people we support, individual team members, families, supporters and other professionals. Decisions and creative solutions can be made where it matters with the person and the people that know them well.

Our Partners, Friends & Community Links

We assist the people we support to live the life they choose and to become active citizens within their communities.
